The second most concern with people in India is hair loss, first being job loss. People as young as 20 are witnessing hair loss, receding hairlines, and even balding.

Your shampoo also may be the culprit. Switch over to chemical-free herbal variants. A tight hairdo like a braid, ponytail or a bun which exert pressure on the hair roots must be avoided. Start consuming a balanced diet with good amount of iron and protein. Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo, every alternate days. Hair must be dried with a soft towel, hot blowing for drying can be harmful.
